About the event
The purpose of the 2 day women's only wellness retreat is to provide tools and experiences that augment physical health, wellness, healing, personal awareness, spiritual connection, and a community of like-minded women.
Experiences over the 2 day retreat will include the following:
Yoga classes (morning & evening)
Guided meditation & journaling
Healthy meals & supplement guidance
A burn and release ceremony
